access required for campaign execution or project delivery.
All payments must be made as agreed before or during project execution.
Services may be paused if payments are delayed.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Florent Media does not guarantee specific results such as sales, revenue, or lead
volume, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market
conditions, budget, and client product/service quality.
All creatives, content, and strategies created by Florent Media remain the property of
the company until full payment is received.
Florent Media is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our
services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our
services means acceptance of updated terms.
